Disabled people going to Morriston Hospital can now find their way around it before they have even set off from home.

The hospital has become the first in Wales to sign up to an online guide which tells people everything from how far the car park is from the main entrance to where the lifts and disabled toilets can be found.

ABMU commissioned DisabledGo  a web-based company founded by disabled people for disabled people, to produce a comprehensive guide on access for disabled people wishing to visit Morriston Hospital. This guide will be listed on the DisabledGo’s website along with detailed access information to thousands of venues across the UK and the Republic of Ireland: shops, pubs, restaurants, cinemas, theatres, railway stations, hotels, universities, hospitals and more.

The guide was launched on the 8th May. To view our guide and see access guides for many more venues throughout the UK Click Here!
